What is the origin of the wine?
The DNA of our wines results from the relationship between grape variety and soil. Without any viticultural history, we came up with a series of wines in which fruit and flavor predominate. The origin of the vinifications is a mix between traditional Burgundy and Bordeaux vinifications. Furthermore, the wines contain a strong South African influence, accompanied by modern equipment that allows us to master the different stages of winemaking.
How is Solaris wine produced?
Is vinified at low temperature to preserve the aromas of each grape variety. The grapes are always picked by hand. Particular care is taken to mature on lees, giving the wine more volume and length on the palate.e and length.
