The DNA of our wines results from the relationship between grape variety and soil. Without any viticultural history, we came up with a series of wines in which fruit and flavor predominate. The origin of the vinifications is a mix between traditional Burgundy and Bordeaux vinifications. Furthermore, the wines contain a strong South African influence, accompanied by modern equipment that allows us to master the different stages of winemaking.
Is vinified on pure red grapes. The grapes are always picked by hand. Carbonic maceration is a technique in which the core of the skin is gently extracted to recover all the fruit components and fine tannins. Malolactic fermentation and aging in wood bring spicy and toasty notes while respecting the grape.
